The hotel is located really close to all the attractions in Sultanahmet, making it convenient for sightseeing. The room and bathroom are clean, and the staff is helpful and friendly. The breakfast offers a reasonable variety of options. the bar has a weekly event and a sea view, which is amazing at night.
The hotel needs some modernization.

Bucoleon By Cheers Istanbul is a hidden gem in a prime location. The hotel is situated right in the heart of the old city, just a 5-minute walk from both the seafront and the major monuments. The value for money is excellent, with prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail is evident in their well-maintained rooms, which come with a great modern bathroom and even a balcony with a stunning view of the Bosphorus. You'll also be delighted to find that breakfast is included, and the assortments served are simply delicious.

The cleanliness was great, with the rooms and bathrooms always immaculate. The hotel facilities were great, especially the terrace with its amazing view. The location in the Sultan old town area was perfect, as we were close to all the attractions of the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our entire stay.

The location of Bucoleon Palace was fantastic, surrounded by plenty of stores and restaurants. We enjoyed the beautiful view from our room and the breakfast provided was good. The staff, especially Murat and his colleagues at the reception, were hospitable and always ready to help with any inquiries we had. The terrace in our suite was amazing, offering a amazing view of the sea. we had a great stay at Bucoleon Palace.

Clean hotel, great location, walkable, no additional taxi expenses. Basic but good breakfast. Nice view from breakfast room. Hospitable and friendly staff, especially Sinan. Helpful in planning our day. Made us feel at home. Would love to come again.
